Return Policy

If your order has been shipped, you are responsible to pay for the following cancellation charges:

In the event that you cancel or return an order, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit in addition to the return shipping cost.

If you refuse to accept delivery of the package and the package is returned to us, this will be considered an order cancellation and you will be subject to cancellation charges.

As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers’ requirements and specifications; in return, we would like the customer to treat the order seriously. There is no exception to these charges. If you have any questions on your order or our products, you can email us and you will receive a response from us usually within 1 hour.

All returns must be made within 48 hours after receiving your purchased order or orders. We will exchange your purchase order less shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (both on returning back to us and shipping it back to the customer) unless we made a mistake in processing your order.

We will not accept any casket return that has been used, soiled, scratched, damaged or in any other condition different from the originally shipped condition.

It is the customer's responsibility when placing an order to make sure that the casket chosen meets all requirements for one's own religion and size. Once order is placed and shipped out, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with our return policy in the event you request to cancel your order.

We would appreciate if you would let us know prior to returning any items so that we will expect your package for processing. Please email us to first obtain a RAN number for all possible returns. Otherwise, no return will be accepted without an RAN. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back at the expense of the sender. All RAN numbers are valid for 48 hours after their issuance. We must receive the merchandise within 48 hours to consider the RAN valid. Please keep the carrier's tracking numbers for your records.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If you would like to exchange your casket order for a different model you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse to avoid re-stocking fees. You may exchange your casket order after delivery but you will be charged all delivery fees, a 5% restocking fee and the casket must be in its orginal condition. You will need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) to complete exchanges!

If you have to for any reason cancel your order you can do so at any time. If the casket purchase is cancelled after it leaves the warehouse there will be a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges for any returns or cancellations.
