CasketsWarehouse.com is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using this information responsibly. We greatly respect your privacy and WE DO NOT sell or share our customer information with other companies except to verify credit card information to complete your order.  Also, we do not use, save or release any credit card or financial information for any purpose.

Shipping and Delivery Process

CasketsWarehouse.com offers FREE ground delivery.

We proudly ship to the following states: 

TX, AR, LA, OK, TN, MO, KS, AL, MS, FL, NY, OH, PA, NM, CO, UT, MN, WI, IA, IN, MI, KY, NE, GA, SC, NC, IL, AZ AND CA.

Orders placed before 1pm Central Time will be shipped out that day. Please allow 3 days for delivery. Additional shipping will be charged for orders requiring next or guaranteed 2nd day delivery.            

ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1PM CENTRAL TIME WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE FOLLOWING DAYWE DO NOT SHIP TO: Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the United States. We can deliver your casket by the next business day in the DFW area if orders are placed by 2pm Central time. Some same day deliveries in the DFW area can be accommodated for an additional fee of $200.00 BEFORE 1PM. There may be an additional surcharge for some rural areas, rushed deliveries, and/or weekend deliveries (if available).  Customers are also responsible for all hold fees, refused delivery fees, attempted or missed deliveries fees, change of address fees, trash removal fees, and any additional mileage fees. 

Orders placed during the weekends, weekend starts Friday at 1pm are considered Monday orders with delivery available on Tuesday if necessary. Please call for special situations. CasketsWarehouse.com is not liable and shall be held harmless for any force majeure events including: shipment delays due to inclement weather, acts of God, acts of war, governmental action, work stoppages, cargo refusal and/or carrier delays.

We ship all caskets in a protective cardboard shipping box. All casket shipments will automatically include freight insurance to cover any damages that may result in the shipping process. *We ask, if possible, that you be at the Funeral Home at the time of delivery. Watch the funeral home unbox your casket and make sure your casket is in good condition before leaving!
