RETURN POLICY

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

As we process the orders with great care and concern according to our customers' requirements and specifications, in return, we ask that you take the placement of your order seriously. It is the customer's responsibility when placing an order to make sure that the product chosen meets all requirements for one's desired color, shape, religion and size. Once an order is placed and shipped out, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with our return, exchange and cancellation policy in the event you request a change to your order.  There will be no exceptions to the following charges.

Cancellations:

If you have placed an order that has NOT SHIPPED, and you choose to cancel, you will be responsible for a 5% administrative fee.

If you have placed an order that HAS SHIPPED, and you choose to cancel, you will be responsible for paying a 25% restocking fee in addition to the shipping cost of the returned item(s).  These costs will be deducted from the credit card used to place the order. 

All returns must be made within 48 hours upon receiving of your order. Please email us to first obtain a return authorization number "RAN" for all applicable returns. All "RAN" numbers are valid for 48 hours after their issuance. We must receive the merchandise within 48-72 hours to consider the "RAN" valid. Please keep the carrier's tracking numbers for your records. 

A return without a "RAN" number will not be processed. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back at the expense of the sender.

If You, a Family Member or your Funeral Home of choice refuses to accept delivery of the shipped items and the items are returned to us, this will be considered an order cancellation and you will be subject to cancellation charges noted above.

Please note: We will not accept any items that have been used, soiled, scratched, damaged or in any other condition or container different from the originally shipped condition.

Returns:

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your order for a different model, you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse to avoid re-stocking fees. If your order has left our warehouse, you may still exchange your order, but you will be charged a delivery fee in addition to a 5% restocking fee.
